    labeled-ipsec: update *_instantiate() names
    
    sec_label_child_instantiate() -> labeled_parent_instantiate()
    sec_label_parent_instantiate() -> labeled_template_instantiate()
    so that they are consistent with is_labeled_parent() and
    is_labeled_template().
