    connections: add is_{opportunistic,group}_wm(), use
    
    in whack, set .host_type
    
    The astute reader will note that pluto is using .{left,right}
    .host_type to determine if a connection is opportunistic.  i.e., pluto
    can test which end requires opportunism.
