    testing: extend ikev2-xfrmi-01 to test refcounting xfrmi
    
    eg this tests for re-adding a connection not causing:
    
    002 "north": cannot delete ipsec-interface=ipsec1 if_id=1, not created by pluto
    
    which it currently does.
