    revival: save revive-through-nat details in .revival not connection
    
    Save the local interface (which carries encap) and remote
    endpoint in .revival.  When the IKE SA is instantiated use
    these to initialize .st_interface and .st_remote_endpoint.
    
    Drop code scribbling on the connection and then using
    orient() to get things to align.
