    connections: in extract_yn() et.al., warn when never-negotiate
    
    In extract_yn() et.al. warn when never-negotiate yet
    whack/addconn provided something other than UNSET (i.e.,
    not the default).
    
    Note that there's no real consistency here.  Options not using
    extract_yn() will either: silently ignore, warn, or reject.
