    ikev1: in complete_v1_state_transition() drop release whacks
    
    turns out:
    - too early as it is done before things are deleted
    - no-op as code checks .object_whackfd, but whack is attached to
      .global_whackfd
    and looks like the connection_delete_ike() code manages to
    delete everything
