    connections: pre-compute the connection prefix
    
    for instance:
       "label"[1][2]
    which is used by <<ipsec connectionstatus>>
    
    Also add note suggeesting that the internal fields:
       .name = "label";
       .prefix = "\"label\"[1][2]"
    should be switched so that (debug) code printing connection .name
    get the latter.
