    whack: largely eliminate 64-option limits
    
    Replace the lset_t opts2_seen, lst_seen, cd_seen, cdp_seen
    algo_seen with bool seen[OPTION_ENUM_ROOF].
    
    Note that many of the options in the range OPT_{FIRST,LAST} should
    be moved to the range OPT_{FIRST,LAST}2, later.
