    testing kvm experimental: read (host,command) list from console.txt
    
    ... as an alternative to the individual *.sh files.  The format is:
      east# /testing/guestbin/swan-prep --46
      netbsdw# ../../guestbin/netbsd-prep.sh

    testing kvm: read .sh files forming a (guest,command) list
    
    ... and use that when running tests; replace:
        kvmresults.py --print test-scripts
    with:
        kvmresults.py --print test-commands
