    pluto: fix PLUTO_SA_REQID in updown script
    
    PLUTO_SA_REQID was off by one in case of ESP. Fix is compute requid
    based IPsec protocol ESP, IPCOMP, or AH.

    linux : xfrm rewrite per-connection cat and nflog
    
    nftable native file format instead of adding line by line
    delete chain and table seperately when the connection goes down.
    add ipv6 support. change table type from 'ip' to 'inet'
