    install: rename $(FINALINITSYSTEMDIR) to $(RC_D_DIR)
    
    Since only initsystems/rc.d uses it.  Ditto $(EXAMPLE_RC_D_DIR).
    Drop FINALEXAMPLEINITSYSTEMDIR et.al. mashup.
    Liberally apply _ to name.
    Use $(DESTDIR)$(RC_D_DIR) explicitly.

    This means using $(origin INITSYSTEM) and not ifdef INITSYSTEM.
