    kernel: replace kernel_state .{src,dst}.client with .route

    - add more comments and checks around value
    - compute from child.selectors.accepted; and expect only 1
    - unlike kernel_policy, is-unset when tunnel mode
    - include hack-arounds for IKEv1, CP, and CK_PERMENANT
