    ikev2: debug-log when child.selector and selectors.list don't match
    
    Two exceptions ignored:
    - the IKEv2's CP code (and IKEv2 equivalent) scribble on the selector
      when the code should be continuing on to process the TS payloads
    - at the end of TS when the code scribbles on the just instantiated
      template
