    kernel: replace get_sa_bundle_info(sa, dir) with get_ipsec_traffic(sa, proto, dir)
    
    Make caller responsible for specifying the protocol (ESP, AH, IPCOMP).
    This sets caller up for being able to fetch traffic stats for
    multiple protocols.
