    ikev2: add struct v2_state_transition .llog_success()
    
    Replace blob of code in success_v2_state_transition() trying to figure
    out if/when a state transition should be logged if a call to
    .llog_success() (when non-NULL).
    
    Cross check that .llog_success != STF2_SUPPRESS_SUCCESS_LOG
