    ikev2: replace .st_ipsec_pred with .st_v2_rekey_pred
    
    When non-SOS_NOBODY, contains the IKE or Child SA being rekeyed.
    
    - for IKEv1 use .st_v1_ipsec_pred
    - also rename .st_ike_pred to .st_v2_ike_pred
