    testing kvm: merge {net,open,free}bsd{e,w}.xml into {e,w}.xml
    
    Unlike Fedora's {east,west}.xml these have "eth0" pointing at
    the NAT so that they can mount /testing using NFS.

    testing kvm: move OBJDIR to /var/tmp/OBJDIR
    
    Two reasons:
    - avoids FreeBSD catatonic NFS write performance
    - avoids all possible conflicts with native builds
