    whack: drop .has_client, instead use client.is_set
    
    ... and only set when it appears in the config file.
    
    Note: libipsecconf-02 will need an update.  It currently expects
    the config:
    
      conn subnet6-bad
        also=base
        leftsubnet=fda3:84eb:c4b7:aff6::/64
        #rightsubnet missing on purpose
    
    to fail because rightsubnet=0.0.0.0/0 (but no more!).
