    ikev2: clarify struct state's mobike_supported and initial_contact fields
    
    - make field names more verbose vis:
         .st_ike_{sent,seen}_v2n_{mobike_supported,initial_contact}
      mumble something about packing IKE SA specific fields into
      their own sub structure?
    
    - don't set field of child SA - these are intended for the IKE SA
