    pervasive: make sec_label constant
    
    as in change:
       chunk_t sec_label
       chunk_t *sec_label
    to:
       shunk_t sec_label
    use sec_label.len > 0 to detect presence.
    Zap some now redundant casts (but add some others, sigh).
