    ip: ip_subnet cleanups
    
    - eliminate subnet_address(), use subnet_prefix()
    - speak CIDR - subnet_mask() -> subnet_prefix_mask()
      and add selector_prefix_mask() and use that instead on .client
    - sprinkle subnet_is_unset()
    - don't test a subnet's port using selector_*port()
