    oppo: pass endpoints into record_and_initiate_opportunistic()
    
    - replace selectors
    - drop redundant transport_proto param
    - resist changing type of sec_lable from <<chunk_t *>> to <<shunk_t>>
    - eliminate code (re)constructing the endpoint from a selector but
      forgetting the protocol - bug
    - drop comment about v4 vs v6 consistency - can't happen as
      both endpoints are built from a common family/protocol
    - hack up local variables to keep the bare_shunt*() calls working
