    x509: update code listing pubkeys
    
    - add .whack_{list,check}pubkeys to whack message
    - move check_expiry() to keys.c, eliminate yet another static buffer
    - refactor/replace list_public_keys() with show_pubkeys(..., enum keys_to_show)
