    logging: cleanup DBG_PRIVATE
    
    Use DBGF() and/or if (DBGP()).
    
    Make some DBG_CRYPT (for instance a debug-log message that PPK
    recalculation is starting).  Make some either DBG_PRIVATE or DBG_CRYPT
    (for instance anything dumping crypto).
