    initsystem: ensure non-testing namespaces work with systemd
    
    Our check to see if we were doing libreswan testing triggered
    for people using docker/namespaces using NSENTER as well. Extend
    the test to check for /testing/guestbin/swan-prep which should
    not exist on anything except libreswan testing namespaces.
