    ikev2: cleanup ikev2_ipseckey.c's logging
    
    - clone the state's logger
    - replace both global, loglog, and libreswan logs with log_message()
    - drop .dbg_log - use log_message(DEBUG_STREAM, ...)
    - use alloc_printf()
