    kernel: delete nokernel
    
    seems to date back to UML (user mode linux testing)
    
    Now-a-days when pluto starts it already has a kernel selected
    (either bsdkame or xfrmi).   Let auto and native map to the host's
    default kernel.
    
    Also remove: code testing for NO_KERNEL; references to win2k,
    klips and mast.
