    xfrm: cleanup unpacking .client / .address into the XFRM structure
    
    - use subnet_from_address() when converting the .address to a subnet
      (i.e., no port)
    
    - replace ip2xfrm() with more specific xfrm_from_address()
    
    - add CLIENT_TO_XFRM() to unpack the .client
    
    - note an apparent gap in netlink_get_sa_policy()'s code unpacking the
      client - ICMP? .[sd]port_mask?
