    kvm: make entropy and qemudir real make targets
    
    Convert the entropy and qemu checks into real make targets.  Have them
    depend on a file modified during boot so that they are run once after
    a boot.
    
    This way a normal build (especially on non-linux systems) won't
    accidently invoke the entropy and qemu checks.
