    iface: simplify TCP code
    
    - call event loop directly from iface_tcp.c
    - merge delete code into iketcp_message_listener_cb()
    - comment when state and libevent are assumed to be sharing an IFP
    - on read error, call event_free() immediately (doco says this is
      allowed)
    - don't call event_del()
