    kvm: specify the base domain's security label using --security
    
    Without this, the base domain can't access 9p mounted disks.
    
    Commit 2eecf92a9f1e3d38b062794351e2f6d99ef41a47, from 2016, left it
    off because it would trigger an internal error in Fedora 24's
    virt-install.  It's been fixed since at least Fedora 30.
