    testing: nsd namespace fixes continuation of 8c13bf97a4
    
    some missing files from previous commit.
    improved nsd port handling to support nsd alone and nsd + unbound
    remove /etc/nsd/nsd.conf from testing/baseconfigs/nic/etc/nsd/nsd.conf
    this file is diverging from what is in the rpm and no need of a local copy.
    put back testing/baseconfigs/nic/etc/nsd/server.d/
