    kvm: add kvm-downgrade - takes things all the way back to just kickstarted base domain
    
    Useful for changing the installed RPMs without needing to rebuild
    the base domain vis:
      ed testing/libvirt/f32.mk
      make kvm-downgrade kvmsh-east
