    documentation: extend comments re RSA_secret_sane() and ECDSA_secret_sane()
    
    The only ECDSA curve that is "unsafe" according to FIPS (and maybe
    according to libreswan) is p192. This curve is not implemented in NSS,
    so libreswan does not need to enforce anything (in non-FIPS mode)
