    pluto: add audit-log=yes|no (default yes)
    
    This allows one to disable audit logs. Before, if the system detected
    audit logging support, it would always audit log.
    
    Added note to man page entry for logip=yes|no that if logging of IP
    should be omitted, that audit-log=no should also be set. Per design,
    audit logs cannot obfuscate IP addresses.
    
    Also add audit-log=yes|no status in "ipsec status"
    
    Add whack command --log-no-audit (similar to other logging modifiers)
