    testing: dist_certs.py now generates two copies of everything
    
    One as before, and one under the testing/x509/fake directory.
    These are generated identically
    
    The result is that real west and fake west have identical parameters,
    but are different. This is used in test cases to present fake certificates
    with the same properties as the real certificates
