    testing: newoe-26-poc-poc-host config change
    
    It seems if we only specify leftauth=null and rightauth=null, than
    the defaults for authby= which are rsasig|ecdsa get inherited and
    add_connection() fails on conflicting values.
    
    We should really update the handling of authby and leftauth/rightauth
    in the near future.
