    testing: update check for charon.pid to also check in /var/run/strongswan/
    
    Once everyone has upgraded to 5.8.2-2 we can remove the check for the old
    location (/var/run/) and only check for the new location.

    testing: also look for charon.pid in /run/strongswan/
    
    I just changed the fedora package to use /run/strongswan instead of
    /run/ to place the charon.* files, so that /run/strongswan can be
    mounted inside a namespace.
