    logging: add whack_{print,show}(whackfd, ...), replace whack_log_comment()
    
    Replace whack_log_comment() with whack_print().
    
    whack_show() includes the '000 ' prefix (RC_COMMENT) while
    whack_print() includes no prefix at all.  Both are intended code
    implementing "show" commands that are called directly by the whack
    event handler.
