    pstats: improve state lifetime accounting
    
    - always count opportunist SAs
    - count {IKEv1,IKEv2} x {IKE SA,CHILD SA} separately
    - count SAs started as well as finished
    - break down common reasons for an IKEv2 IKE SA failing
      (IKEv1 and CHILD SA code is less detailed)
    - fix wrong counting of an IKEv2 SA initiators
