    chunk: add clone_chunk_as_string(); use in xauth code
    
    Only returns NULL when the chunk is NULL.
    Named "clone_...()" like other functions that clone memory.
    Named "..._as_...()" like other functions that type convert.
    
    May make str_from_chunk() obsolete.
