    ikev2: inline only process_ike_rekey_sa_pl_response() and process_ike_rekey_sa_pl() calls
    
    Easier to follow linear code.
    
    As an aside, both had notification_t (not v2_notification_t)
    as the return value yet the code was returning stf_status.
