    pluto: Split connaddrfamily= into hostaddrfamily= and clientaddrfamily=
    
    This resolves the flipflopping of 6in6 or 4in6/6in4 not working properly,
    via the commits 8ab0c9991, fbca7e1f, fbca7e1f8a.
    
    When specifying IP addresses for left/right and leftsubnet/rightsubnet,
    it is no longer needed specify any *addrfamily= options. These options
    should only be used when using hostnames (or netnames) that resolve
    to both IPv4 and IPv6.
