    ikev2: drop original_role parameter to ikev2_replace_delay()
    
    Use ST.st_sa_role, and not .st_original_role or hard-wired role.
    This means that the end that initiated the SA's creation will
    always rekeys first (assuming I got the switch right).  Per
    ed1472820ac03cccb7492c630db62a2b8ca68d35 .st_original_role was
    not reliable.
