    server: make pluto_fork() and pluto_event_now() more consistent
    
    Add typedef ..._cb for callback function, and type assert callers.
    Pass both NAME and SERIALNO in so more logging can be included (for
    instance 'addconn pid NNN', '#3 xauth pid YYY').
