    pluto: add --selftest option that exits pluto right after the selftest
    
    It also skips daemonizing, lockfiles and socket initialization so it
    can be fully run as non-root user (if some skeleton nss dbase is
    created in /tmp and pointed to with --nssdir
    
    It also enables --stderrlog so output goes to console.
    
    This also fixes a minor bug when --debug-nat-t aliases were removed
    but its option parsing for '5' had not been removed (--selftest now
    uses this value)
