    logging: #define IMPAIR(BEHAVIOUR)
    
    So that code can start to get away from DBGP() and the
    assumption that impair flags live in cur_debugging.
    
    Note that IMPAIR(BEHAVIOUR) tests for IMPAIR_BEHAVIOUR.
