    X509: fixup pluto_process_certs()'s return code.
    
    The code uses a return of TRUE to indicate some failure modes that
    must result in calling refine_host_connection() to look for a
    better match. This was broken in my commit 6806420bfec
    
    I added a warning to the function's top comment to warn about this.
