    - Add leftauth= and rightauth= options
    - Add --authby secret|rsasig|authnull whack options
    - Update connection lookup functions to support IKEv2 asymmetric auth

    IKEv1: Remove ADNS, DNS continuations and IKEv1 OE code
    
    Some arguments to IKEv2 functions needed changing due to missing
    adns key/gateways structs having been removed.

    find_hostpair ignore CK_INSTANCES which are ID_NULL
    I am guessing this will find the exisisting ID_NONE?
