    pluto: Add statistics support to whack --globalstatus, added --clearstats
    
    ipsec whack --globalstatus outputs statistics on various IKE, IPsec and
    some pluto values in format suitable for consumption by plugins like munin.
    
    ipsec whack --clearstats zeroes all the collected statistics.

    pluto: Add support for # prefix to suppress whack FTP style code prefix
    
    This is used to print out statistics where the prefixes are not desired
    so tools like munin can process the output directly.
